Discover the art of fresh ricotta in this foundations/basics class with Chef Mary Cooney. Learn to make Ricotta from scratch, then put it to delicious use in Filo Spinach and Ricotta Triangles. It’s the spooky season—time to eat, drink, and be scary! Kids in grades 1–3 will join Zebbie Borland to create fantastically frightful party foods that are just as fun to make as they are to eat. Prepare a Spooky Spider Salad, Taco Monsters, Foaming Witch’s Brew, and a ghoulish Ghost Cake complete with Eerie Eyes.
