We are so proud of our artisanal bakery. We bake our bread fresh daily in a hearth oven after crafting the loaves from fermented dough. We use King Arthur flour without bromates and no preservatives. The bread needs to be refreshed upon arrival after shipping and frozen if not consumed within a day or so. It is perishable, but worth the extra effort.
