Does DLM offer benefits?
Benefits are offered to eligible associates after 90 days of employment. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible scheduling, generous associate discounts, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
Will I be offered a job immediately?The DLM Mason Hiring Fair will offer initial interviews and selected candidates will be invited to a second-round interview at a later date. New associates will be officially onboarded as we get closer to our grand opening. We appreciate your patience and enthusiasm as we build an incredible team together!
If I've applied for a job previously with DLM, do I need to fill out the application again?If you are attending the DLM Mason Hiring Fair, please submit an application under the general, “All Positions” posting, even if you’ve previously applied for another opportunity with DLM as this will help expedite the process.
Is there flexible scheduling?DLM offers both full-time and part-time opportunities across various shifts and departments.
