This Japanese-style bread, also known as shokupan, is crafted using our DLM A2 Guernsey Milk and has a slightly sweet interior that is dense yet pillowy. The traditional Milk Bread comes in a square-loaf shape and it’s perfect for a unique sandwich bread. Serving Suggestion: A must for the famous 7-11 Egg Salad Sandwich.
