Unlike many moutarderies in France, they actually source the mustard seeds from France and they use verjuice and stone grinding methods. The result is a mustard like no other. This nutty, full-flavored Walnut Dijon Mustard is made by mixing traditionally ground Dijon mustard with walnuts from Périgord, France. The possibilities are endless! We suggest using it on everything, including chicken, grilled Gruyère sandwiches, filet mignon, or in vinaigrettes.
