Edmond Fallot is an independent Burgundian family business since 1840. Unlike many moutarderies in France, they actually source the mustard seeds from France and they use verjuice and stone grinding methods. The result is a mustard like no other. This Green Peppercorn Dijon is spicy and bold, perfect for steak au poivre or other cream sauce, but as with all their mustards, it’s great with charcuterie or vegetables.
