Join Peggy Neary, Ruth Neely, and Teresa Kearney, CSW for our beloved annual celebration honoring Julia Child's birthday—a treasured tradition now in its eighth year. This special food and wine event returns to its roots with the very same menu that launched our Julia Child tribute in 2017, featuring the iconic dishes that made her legendary. We'll do our best to replicate the classics that introduced America to French cuisine. We'll begin with Quiche Lorraine, followed by Soupe à l'Oignon. Our third course, Filets of Sole Meunière, is the dish that famously transformed Julia's life in France, and indulge in the rich complexity of Boeuf à la Bourguignonne. We'll finish with Soufflé à l'Orange, a testament to Julia's fearless approach to cooking. Each course will be paired with authentic French wines selected by our certified wine expert Teresa. Together, we'll raise a glass to Julia's enduring influence on American cuisine and her spirit of culinary adventure that continues to inspire home cooks everywhere.
