A Roman Trattoria will be the aura of tonight’s class as we share in the food memories from Mary's recent trip to Rome. Italian Mortadella, Fresh Basil, and Burrata (an Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream) are examples of purely simple, yet stunning ingredients that create incredible results. This menu will be paired with wine.


  • Neapolitan Pizza with Burrata, Mortadella, Pistachios, Basil, and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Porchetta with Pork Belly/Pork Shoulder and Crispy Skin
  • Roasted Potatoes in Porchetta Drippings
  • Blistered Green Beans with Whipped Ricotta
  • Hazelnut Panna Cotta with Whipped Cream and Toasted Hazelnuts
