Join Chef Adam Berning for an educational exploration of flatbreads from around the world and the many delicious ways to enjoy them. In this demonstration-focused class, you'll have hands-on opportunities to work with Adam as he showcases the techniques behind these three distinctive types of flatbreads: Naan—an Indian staple, known for its soft, fluffy texture and slightly chewy interior; Lavash—an Armenian thin bread made with few ingredients for a cracker-like texture; and Pita—the popular Middle Eastern classic, a most versatile thin bread often made pocket-style for stuffing or thicker for serving with dips like hummus and tzatziki. This menu will be paired with wine.
