Madeleines Savory & Sweet

Madeleines are small cake-like cookies that are baked in special molds, giving them a delicate shell-like shape. They're buttery, moist, tender, and delicious warm from the oven or at room temperature. John Chico will demonstrate how to make these little gems in a variety of ways using sweet and savory batters, perfect for so many occasions. Sweet madeleines are wonderful confections for serving with coffee and tea, and savory madeleines are perfect for cocktails and wine. This menu will be served with charcuterie and wine.
