My Big Fat Greek Dinner

We're excited to welcome Harriet Argue to the Culinary Center. Harriet came from California to Dayton from a large Greek family, and has over 30 years’ experience in the Dayton restaurant business. She was the owner of Truffles Café&Catering and was involved in menu development and catering at Madison's Bistro and Mediterra Café.

About Harriet Argue

Harriet Argue was the owner of Truffles Café and Catering. She was also involved in menu development and catering at Madison's Bistro and Mediterra. We welcome her back to Dorothy Lane's Culinary Center to share her expertise with Greek Cuisine. Moving here from Los Angeles from a large Greek family, she started a California Deli Café. Her restaurants were known for their quality food, and innovative menus. Harriet was in the catering and restaurant business for over 30 years. She has taught cooking classes in the Dayton area for many years.
