Send a Gift CardThis is a great spring menu with a fresh and flavorful Mediterranean theme. Harriet Argue will demonstrate how to make a Tiropita Strifti—Greek cheese pie with crisp phyllo crust and loads of melted cheese, perfect for an appetizer or lunch entrée with a crisp salad. Salty Feta and Toasted Pecans take the Roasted Beet Salad over the top. We’ll grill Bronzini and serve it with a Warm Greek Potato Salad with Olives and Tomatoes. For a sweet and creamy end to the meal, Bougatsa (Greek Custard in Phyllo). This menu will be paired with wine.
