PLEASE NOTE: The hams will ship with dry ice and may arrive partially frozen. Some ice crystals may form on the outside of the ham. Once it thaws, your ham is perfectly safe to enjoy. Please allow ample time with your meal prep for thawing (24+ hours in the refrigerator).

Instructions
Ham Preparation: Serve at room temperature or heat by placing it, with the foil slightly opened at the top, in a 250°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If only a few slices are needed, heat them in a skillet for 2–3 minutes.
Reheating Instructions for Potatoes and Mac and Cheese: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut a 2-inch slit into heat-safe film. Place pan on baking sheet and bake on middle rack for 40 minutes. Carefully remove film. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until product has reached 165°F. Remove from oven; contents will be very hot. Let set up to 5 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE: Cut 2-inch slit into heat-safe safe film. Place pan in microwave on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Carefully remove film; stir gently. Microwave for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until the product has reached 165°F. Contents will be very hot.
Let set up to 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
If you will not be eating the rolls or mashed potatoes immediately, please freeze until ready to eat. The Ham will be fine in the refrigerator for up to one week. Please keep brownies in cool place, or refrigerate.

- 2 Blocks of Cheddar Gruyere Cheese
- 1 Killer Brownie® Assorted Bites Tray (16-ct)
- 1 DLM Spicy Brown Mustard
How to Make Warm Ham & Cheddar/Gruyere Sliders with Caraway Butter Using DLM Gourmet Ingredients:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Split the rolls lengthwise and lay them open on a baking sheet.
- Spread shredded Cheese generously on both cut sides of the rolls.
- Layer thin slices of ham evenly across the bottom half.
- Spread a thin layer of DLM Mustard over the ham.
- Close the King's Hawaiian rolls and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Wrap the entire sandwich block in foil and bake for 20–25 minutes, until warm and melty.
- Slice and serve hot—perfect for parties, game day, or cozy dinners.
