Couples' Class
Spring is in full swing and we're welcoming it with open arms and appetites. Instructor Mary Cooney is pulling out the grill for shrimp with a fresh and bright sauce. You'll be welcomed by the amazing aroma of a boneless pork roast stuffed with aromatics, slow cooking in the oven. Grab your partner and join us for this fantastic menu ending with a deliciously light sponge cake, finished with cream and berries. This menu will be paired with wine.

Mary Cooney is a first-generation Italian-American who has a passion for teaching that is hard to equal. She loves to share her knowledge of authentic Italian dishes as well as baking pies and desserts. She has been on staff at the SOC since 2005.
