About Ryan Noreikas

Ryan is the Culinary Center Manager at Dorothy Lane Market Washington Square. He holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and has enjoyed a career in food service, including fine and casual dining and plenty of catering. Some of his favorites to cook and eat are Mexican, Eastern Asian, and Southern American. Ryan likes his comfort food classics and street food.
