Hands-On Junior Chefs' Class (Grades 4-6)
Discover the joy of exploring international cuisines in this hands-on class focused on the rich, hearty flavors of Germany. Zebbie Borland will guide you step-by-step through recipes you’ll be excited to make again at home, including Pork Chops with Apples and Rosemary, German Potato Salad, and Black Forest Cherry Cake. This class is for children in 4th through 6th grade.

Zebbie Borland has been on the DLM School of Cooking team as a kitchen assistant since 1990. She has taught our Kids' classes since 1998. She loves food and people of all ages. Her specialties are cheesecakes, children's parties, and growing and cooking herbs. Zebbie holds a B.S. in Business and earned her teaching certification from Miami University.
