Ricotta Cavatelli are fresh handmade pasta with the charm of a rustic appearance. From its Southern Italy origin, and featuring only a few simple ingredients, this pasta is wonderfully delicate from its ricotta dough. They freeze really well, are fun to make, and are very versatile. This menu will be paired with wine.
