From Crust to Crumble: Apple Pie Hands-On

Learn the art of classic apple pie in this hands-on class with Chef Mary Cooney. Each student will make a Flaky Pie Crust to create their own 5” Apple Pie and learn to roll and cut Mini Apple Hand Pies. Mary will also demonstrate how to craft a 9” Apple Pie. The class concludes with a delicious tasting of Apple Pie paired with Ice Cream, offering techniques and tips that you can take home to recreate these treats anytime.
