It's no wonder this subtle, spice-infused dish is everyone's Indian restaurant favorite. Cook along with instructor Mary Cooney and learn to make this dish made with tender boneless chicken simmered in a fragrant, creamy tomato sauce. You'll learn to make naan from scratch. This traditional Indian bread is a light, puffy, airy flatbread, baked in an oven or iron skillet and is the perfect choice for sopping up all that extra sauce. This menu will be a welcome change for your weeknight family dinner routine.
