Family Night Hands-On Class
If you want to learn to make crêpes, you'll enjoy this class with Mary Cooney. Crêpes are popular because their versatility makes them fun to make and eat. Rolled up or folded, you can stuff and top them with just about anything—savory or sweet. The batter can be made a day in advance, and the crêpes themselves only take minutes to cook. You'll fill your crêpes with a three-cheese combination, and top the rolls with a creamy Béchamel-Tomato Sauce. We'll make a creamy Green Goddess Dressing for a crisp Romaine Salad, and for dessert, a simply delicious No-Mixer Vanilla Cake. Registration is for two people.
