Bona Furtuna is a special single varietal 100% organic extra-virgin olive oil pressed exclusively from the Biancolilla Centinara olive variety. The olives are estate grown in Sicily, Italy. Some of the trees on the farm are 500 to 1,000 years old and are fed with an ample supply of fresh spring water from local mountains. With strong vegetal qualities and notes of wild herbs and dried flowers, this Sicilian single-varietal extra-virgin olive oil is fantastic alone or as an accent to heavier dishes.
Roi Badalucco is a “monocultivar”, an oil produced with a single type of olive. Taggiasco, the best-selling line among those Roi produces, is a very high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Sweet with delicate aromas, dense and persistent, suitable to accompany any type of dish. It is great with meat or vegetables, whether raw or cooked. The history of the Roi family begins in 1900 when Giuseppe, the great-grandfather "Pepin u Roi", built the first oil mill using the wood and stones of their valley in northern Italy. It is the beginning of a long journey that reaches today, as the 5th generation still owns and operates the olive oil production.
Ritrovo Olio Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from Colli Etruschi, a farm cooperative located near the Etruscan town of Blera (Region: Viterbo, Lazio (Central Mediterranean). Under the strict supervision of agronomist Nicola Fazzi, their facility uses state-of-the-equipment to produce the highest quality extra-virgin olive oils. It was featured in the Guide to Italy's Top EVOOs, and winner of several regional, national, and international awards. It is made from 100% Caninese olives. Bold, fruity, and versatile. The color is vivid green, with aromas of cut grass and lime with a bold, yet smooth and peppery finish. Excellent for sautés, especially with seasonal vegetables and bitter greens.
