"Aren't you just a little cutie pie?!" exclaimed DLM Pâtisserie's Tina Quintanilla when she first laid eyes on our new pie size option. At that moment, everyone knew that Tina had just named our new 5-inch pie, now available in addition to our 9-inch whole pies and single slices. Featuring all-butter or graham cracker pie crusts that are Made Right Here, Cutie Pies are brimming with cream or cheesecake fillings and lovingly adorned with hand-piped fresh whipped cream or toasted meringue. Pâtisserie chef Lindsey Lucas, Director of Central Bakery Operations, sought to introduce a more visually appealing option to replace our half pies and something adorably delicious to satisfy your sweet tooth if you don't quite need a whole pie. Just in time for the spring and summer pie season, look for Cutie Pies as a new size option in some of our crave-worthy varieties!
