April 11, 2026

Location: DLM Washington Square

Instructor: Azra Kaurin
Saturday, April 11 | 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. | $90

Join Azra Kaurin for a flavorful journey into Turkish home cooking. Start with Ezme, a fresh tomato and herb appetizer served with warm Pide bread for scooping. Learn the art of Manti—tiny, hand-crafted dumplings filled with savory meat and finished with garlicky yogurt, spiced tomato-pepper butter, and mint. A crisp Çoban (Shepherd’s) Salad brings balance and tradition to the table. End with Sekerpare, a syrup-soaked semolina pastry topped with pistachios or almonds, alongside a demonstration of authentic Turkish Coffee. A class rooted in tradition, patience, and hospitality.
