We're excited to announce that our Pastry Show is back and quite possibly better than ever as so many ideas have been simmering the past few years. With a "World Street Fair" theme, you'll be welcomed by pâtisserie trends from around the globe, with a street fair flair. "We travel and we bring ideas back from things that we see (and taste) and this is how we came up with the theme," explains Pâtisserie chef Lindsey Lucas. So come explore a world of sweets at our World Street Fair Pastry Show!
In addition to travel, our pastry chefs are always researching what's trending now. "We like to do things people don't see all the time,” says Tina Quintanilla, DLM Pâtisserie. So don't be surprised if you see a station dedicated to the Cruffin, Konafa, or Croffle—think a croissant meets waffle, as well as New York-Style Cheesecake slices beautifully adorned and served on a stick, in true street fair style. “One of my favorite parts of the show is that we get to do the creations that may not always work in a retail setting," says Pastry Manager Amy Brown. Guests also will be the first to taste our upcoming Spring Pastry menu and a few showpieces that highlight our 75th anniversary.

DLM Pâtisserie is world-class, infusing our Bakery case seven days a week with creations that truly are as good as they look. In addition to the robust selection of sweets that guests can enjoy from our Pastry team, Chef Carrie, DLM Culinary Director, will be leading the charge on savory bites and our Artisan Bread creators have a few surprises lined up as well.
