Couples' Class

Experience the captivating flavors of the Mediterranean in Harriet Argue's class with a sophisticated, yet doable, menu for your next gathering. An impressive appetizer of buttery Brie wrapped in Phyllo, baked until golden and crispy, and topped with sweet Fig Jam is simply irresistible. Harriet will show you a Greek spin on Paella, incorporating Greek herbs, spices, seafood, and meats, commonly found in imitable Greek cooking. A summery Watermelon Feta Salad provides a perfect contrast of sweet, salty, and herbaceous notes. Phyllo cups filled with velvety Banana Custard will be a spectacular finish to the meal that will be paired with wine.
