Join us for this Italian neighborhood-inspired menu with Mary Cooney. The menu is classic from the Antipasto to the creamy Limoncello Pie. You’ll learn to make an Italian favorite, Braciola (pronounced bra-shole), a beef dish with cheese, garlic, and herbs and slowly simmered in a rich Italian Wine and Tomato Sauce (Sugo). Meatballs are a staple in Italian cooking and we’ll serve it all with al dente Bucatini. This menu will be paired with wine.
