Family Night: Beef and Pearl Barley Soup

You'll want to make a double recipe of this soup for enjoying leftovers! Mary will show you how to make this stew-like dish with tender chunks of beef and a chewy textured grain in a rich broth. We’ll make soft Potato Rolls guaranteed to fill the room with mouth-watering aromas and a warm-spiced Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Icing to highlight one of the season’s favorite flavors. Registration is for two people.
