INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Chardonnay
  • 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 3 oz petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb mussels
  • ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Place sauté pan on heat source. Add wine. When wine gets hot enough, add garlic, tomatoes, and mussels.

Cover and steam 8-10 minutes. Before serving, add in fresh basil and toss.
