INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp Roasted Hatch Chiles, finely minced
  • 8 oz limeade
  • Tajin spice for dusting rim, if desired
  • 1 lime, cut into wheels
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the Hatch Chiles into limeade and let sit for 5 minutes. Wet the rim of the serving glass with water or lime juice and dip or roll in spice mixture.

Carefully place ice in glass, fill with the prepared limeade, and garnish with lime.

Interested in a cocktail? Try adding 1½ oz of either vodka or tequila and stir well.
