INSTRUCTIONS

Clean strawberries, pat dry, and make a small hole in the center of each strawberry for filling. Set aside.

Thoroughly blend room temperature cream cheese with yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla. Place in resealable storage bag, forcing the mixture to one corner.

Snip a tiny edge off the corner and fill each strawberry with cream cheese mixture and chill in the refrigerator.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler, or microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring frequently. DO NOT OVERHEAT or chocolate will harden. Dip strawberries completely into melted chocolate.

Place strawberries back in the refrigerator to solidify.
