Bring back to heat and cook thoroughly. Add salt, cumin, cajun seasoning, file powder, and stock. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add tomato paste. Simmer sauce until pinwheels are ready to serve. Pour sauce over roast.
