Unlike many moutarderies in France, they actually source the mustard seeds from France and they use verjuice and stone grinding methods. The result is a mustard like no other. This particular Burgundy Mustard has the IGP guarantee that this Dijon mustard is manufactured from seeds grown in Burgundy and combined with AOC Burgundy wine. It sets the standard for all other mustards in Burgundy and is great on just about anything!
