Serve the earthy TomaTruffle with candied pecans, and pair the Wensleydale & Cranberry with spiced caramel pear jam on an oatcake for a sweet-savory bite. Enjoy the Vintage Tree Truckle Cheddar with the salamis and crisp apple or pear slices. For a drink pairing, try a sparkling wine, a dry Riesling, or a medium-bodied red like Pinot Noir, which complement both the cheeses and the cured meats.
Refrigerate the cheeses and salamis immediately upon arrival. Keep the cheeses in their original wrapping until serving. After cutting, rewrap them in cheese paper or parchment, then loosely in plastic, so they can breathe without drying out. Rewrap the salami tightly and keep it refrigerated after opening. Store the candied pecans and oatcakes in a cool, dry place, and refrigerate the jam once it’s opened. Please refer to each item’s packaging for best-by dates.
