Grillville Spice Mix: An all-purpose blend of savory tomato, onion, and garlic with a hint of rosemary and heat. Change up your grilling routine by mixing this spice into pork, chicken, potatoes, steak, burgers, and meatballs. (This is a staff pick, our favorite.)
India Spice Mix: Is warm and savory, with spicy chilies, cumin, cinnamon, and earthy cloves. It's great in butter chicken, roasted meats and veggies, savory chilies, or soups. Add warmth to your baked goods or finish off that perfect latte with a light sprinkle.
Cuba Spice Mix: This bright and spicy spice mix is inspired by the flavors of Cuba including spicy chilies, citrus, and garlic. It's great on pork, chicken, and veggies. Or, create your own Cuban sandwich, liven up your veggie and meat kebabs, toss with roasted potatoes, whip into sour cream for an everyday dip, and even mix with salt to rim your favorite margarita glass.
Morocco Spice Mix: This warm and earthy seasoning is an aromatic blend of hibiscus and coriander with a hint of citrus and heat. We suggest liberally sprinkling over chicken, eggs, potatoes, or veggies such as roasted cauliflower. It also livens up hummus and other dips.
Belize Spice Mix: This hearty and bright spice mix is inspired by the flavors of Belize with bright citrus flavors, garlic, onion, smoky paprika, and chilies. We suggest sprinkling over chicken, veggies, and pork. It livens up tzatziki, mayo-based sauces, roasted cashews, or grilled chicken. Upgrade your burger instantly with a just a few dashes. Explore the endless ways to bring your food to life with these great spices.
Chef Stephanie Izard wears many hats including Top Chef, Iron Chef, James Beard award winner, and Executive Chef of Girl&the Goat restaurant in Chicago, where these delicious sauces and seasonings were first inspired. After guests continued to rave over a side of green beans and the sauce that made this dish so addictive, Stephanie decided to bottle and sell that sauce so customers could enjoy it in the comfort of their own home. From there, the This Little Goat Went to line of sauces and seasonings grew, taking on new flavor combinations and profiles that are reminiscent of the flavors you’d find in the countries and regions they represent.
