This corned beef is whole muscle Wagyu top round that's humanely raised in Missouri under master breeder Mr. Shogo Takeda of Hokkaido, Japan. It is then seasoned with black peppercorns, mustard seed, bay leaf, coriander, garlic, and cloves, giving it a traditional corned beef flavor.
Each package contains about 8 oz of fully cooked, ready-to-eat slices.
