Savannah Bee Wildflower Honey is a polyfloral variety, meaning many types of nectar were collected by the bees to create it. The flavor depends on the remote Georgia wildflower blossoms and the whimsy of the bees. It's a perfect all-around honey. Savannah Bee Company refers to this honey as the little sister to the Tupelo Honey. It's slightly darker than Tupelo but maintains a similar texture and viscosity, just a little sweeter. We suggest you pair it with smoothies, yogurt, granola, biscuits, tea, or cheese.
