Maison Pébeyre Black and White Truffle Olive Oil Duo covers all the bases. The Black Truffle Oil is a "finishing oil" and is rarely used for cooking as it has a stronger taste. It is great over pasta, risotto, mashed potatoes, or for making vinaigrettes. The White Truffle Oil is also a finishing sauce not recommended for cooking. It is lighter than the black truffle oil and adds a more delicate flavor on eggs, pasta, and cheese after the cooking is complete. It is fabulous drizzled on vegetables, tomatoes, pizza, or pasta.
