This Virginia Berry Vinegar is a flavorful swap for red wine vinegar where you want vastly more depth. It has medium acidity and is not too sweet. It is super fruity with notes of blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, juneberry, and mulberry with some minerality. These vinegars are excellent in salad dressings, gastriques, probiotic drinks, and especially in cocktails.
