Starting with a base of Lindera Farms' vinegars, soy sauce, and hot sauces, they then add wildflower honey, sorghum molasses, garlic, and tomatoes before smoking the sauce over a batch of shagbark hickory and applewood. This is meant to be a finishing sauce for ribs and brisket, but truthfully it'll work with just about any red meat and heartier veggies like beets. *This product contains gluten
