Our revamped DLM Cinnamon Rolls are crafted using a brioche recipe that has a more buttery, yeast-flavored, eggy dough as a start. From there, our signature cinnamon filling is layered in and it's carefully rolled. After baking to an impressive size, we generously cover the tops with our housemade Danish icing, a recipe the DLM Pâtisserie helped develop. We love this perfectly sweet icing because of the intense vanilla bean flavor. The resulting cinnamon roll is dense yet soft and pillowy and ready to enjoy with a satisfyingly sweet finish. It's the perfect way to make any morning feel special.
