Barber's Cheddar and Westminster Rustic Red are simply two of our favorite cheddars from Somerset, England. They are sharp, smooth with great crystallization with a slight sweet tang.
The Fine Cheese Co Jam: This jam comes to us from Great Britain and is one of the newer up and coming stars in the British food scene. It pairs wonderfully with the Cheddars. It's tart, sweet and slightly bitter from the orange peel.
