Barber's Vintage Reserve Cheddar: Made by the Barber family on Maryland Farm in Ditcheat, Somerset for six generations (only 13 miles from the village of Cheddar itself and protected under the PDO certification). Aged for two years, Barber's 1833 Vintage Reserve Cheddar has a smooth texture, with both sweet and savory notes.
Alexian Campagne Pâté : This rustic pork pâté is the perfect match for Barber's Cheddar and our sourdough bread, comfort delivered.
Branston Pickled Onion is a form of pickled relish which is extremely popular in Southern England. It contains an assortment of mixed pickled vegetables, blended with various spices in a thick brown sauce. Fig Jam: A sweet accompaniment to lighten the flavor profiles of the pâté, cheese, and pickled onion.
Tillen Farms Pickled Green Beans: Getting their name from the dill seasoning used in the brine, these pickled green beans are as fun to eat as they are to say. We have high standards for the beans we use, accepting only the straightest to be cleaned, trimmed, blanched and hand-packed in jars. DLM Artisan Sourdough Bread: One of our most craveable breads...this is the loaf with the blistered, bubbly crust and distinctive, tangy flavor. We don't make ours overly sour; we think you will find it one of the most balanced in flavor you will ever try. We use only organic flour, sea salt, and water, along with our own "mother," which is the naturally fermented, watery dough-like mixture where the sourdough culture lives and breathes. This culture is good for your health, much in the same way yogurt is.
