The Art of Floral Bouquet Arranging 101
Discover the art and joy of working with fresh-cut flowers in this hands-on floral design class led by the DLM Floral department. Whether you're a budding enthusiast or simply want to elevate your home arrangements, this course will guide you through the essential steps to make your blooms last and look stunning. You will learn how to care for cut flowers the moment you bring them home, simple techniques to extend flower longevity, and basic handling and vase preparation tips. Get ready to explore your creativity and take home two beautiful arrangements. Light snacks and beverages will be served during the workshop.
Workshop Highlights:
1. Create a Mixed Bouquet Makeover: Start with a ready-made bunch of flowers and learn the drop-in and fluff method to transform it into a charming, balanced arrangement.
2. Design Your Own Creation: After a short lesson on flower selection and arranging principles, you’ll choose flowers and craft your own personalized vase arrangement from our in-store Floral Market.

Culinary Center class registrations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled class date to receive a full refund, with proper notification. Cancellations made with notification after the 7-day deadline are eligible for credit toward future culinary class registrations if notification is given prior to the day of a class. If you are unable to attend any class, you are welcome to send a substitute in your place. To give proper notifications for a cancellation or notice of a substitution, please contact the culinary center location where your class is taking place. Any no-call, no-show participants forfeit refunds or class credits. The DLM Culinary Center reserves the right to cancel a class, when necessary, due to inclement weather, emergencies, or insufficient enrollment, and may also substitute instructors or food items when required. In the event that a class is cancelled, registered students will receive a full refund or credit, as applicable.
