Harriet Argue was the owner of Truffles Café and Catering. She was also involved in menu development and catering at Madison's Bistro and Mediterra. We welcome her back to Dorothy Lane's Culinary Center to share her expertise with Greek Cuisine. Moving here from Los Angeles from a large Greek family, she started a California Deli Café. Her restaurants were known for their quality food, and innovative menus. Harriet was in the catering and restaurant business for over 30 years. She has taught cooking classes in the Dayton area for many years.View Other Classes
