Everyone could use another hearty soup recipe this time of year! Join Mary Cooney and learn to make a lighter alternative to traditional beef chili. This Chicken Chili recipe makes for a satisfying dinner along with a veggie side. Dessert is made in a mini-muffin pan for easy, fun-to-make individual desserts. Registration is for two people.

Mary Cooney is a first-generation Italian-American who has a passion for teaching that is hard to equal. She loves to share her knowledge of authentic Italian dishes as well as baking pies and desserts. She has been on staff at the SOC since 2005.
