Family Night: Chicken Enchiladas

Join Mary Cooney and other Mexican food lovers for this hands-on class and discover how easy and fun it is to make your own Flour Tortillas! You’ll want to ditch the canned Enchilada Sauce after tasting this homemade version. Of course, we'll whip up the essential accompaniments, Homemade Guacamole and Salsa, and make a decadent cake that can be made a day or two ahead.
