Backyard Pizza Party

Join in the fun as we learn to make pizza crust, shape it, top it, and cook it (practice makes perfect!) in a portable pizza oven that you can use from the comfort of the great outdoors. You'll enjoy hanging out with John and make your own pizza with the toppings you love. We'll pair our pizzas with an Italian Salad with a garlicky Vinaigrette and enjoy creamy Gelato for dessert. This menu will be paired with beer and wine.

John is a culinary enthusiast and engineer and the product of four Italian grandparents. He turns breakfast and dinner for his wife and teenage children into a culinary adventure. John has been involved with the Culinary Center as a student,as a volunteer, and now as a Culinary Instructor. He loves foods that are rich with history an flavor.
