Sheet Pan German Sausage, Potatoes, and Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp DLM Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 lb fingerling potatoes (cut larger potatoes in hald lengthwise)
  • 1 small purple cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 14 oz Pederson's Sweet German Smoked Sausage , cut into 4 pieces
  • Fresh thyme sprigs or 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Löwensenf Bavarian Mustard, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Lightly oil the baking sheet and add the potatoes, cabbage, onion, and garlic. Drizzel with additional olive oil and gently toss the veggies; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the four pieces of sausage in an even layer along with the veggies and nestle in the sprigs of thyme.

Cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Serve with a German mustard!
