INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (4 to 6-oz) Mahi Mahi fillets
  • Salt and pepper, or spice rub
  • 2 Tbsp DLM Pure Olive Oil
  • DLM Mango Salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

Season fish with salt and pepper, or spice rub.

Heat oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking. Add fish and cook until well browned on both sides and registering 140 degrees, 12 to 14 minutes.

Serve with salsa.
