INGREDIENTS

Garlic Dressing

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp DLM Italian Seasoning
  • 10 turns freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbsp DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Salad

  • 9 oz Forever Summer Salad or your favorite salad greens
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic Dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

For the dressing: Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl. Using a small whisk or fork, mix until combined and continue whisking while you slowly pour in olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to use.

For the salad: In a large bowl, toss the greens, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes together. Lightly dress with some of the garlic dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper.
